Casting on Rogue – Day 1 of NaKniSweMo

So I managed to cast on for the Rogue sweater . This sweater is beautiful and no wonder it was the reader’s choice in my poll of what to cast on for my NaKniSweMo sweater. It seems technically harder than my first sweater the CPH as well as Cables and Os (which still isn’t done!!!); however the pattern so far is clear and easy to follow. I finished the hem and 3 rows of the chart A. I decided to go with the ribbed hem instead of the sewn hem because for me the less seaming the better! I’m not sure if I’ll be able to knit this in a month, but I’m sure going to try because like I said earlier this sweater is beautiful.  It’s late and I don’t have time for my details since I need to go take care of His Tallest since he is sick.  Poor man.  I’m so happy I got over this cold already it’s really a nasty one.  I have updated my project page on Ravelry though so more details can be found here. Happy Knitting everyone.

  1. Hey Chelle! What’s that yarn you’re using? I decided to not even fool myself into thinking I could knit a sweater in a month right now but I’m cheering for you, I can’t wait to see your finished Rogue!
