Trying to make sure WIP’s don’t become UFO’s

So I have frogged the Bejeweled scarf yet again, while I was knitting it over at a friends house between taking turns playing on his new Wii I make some stupid unfixable mistakes. It’s an easy pattern but since I’m knitting it up in black I have to make sure to not knit it up when there are a lot of distractions. The fat bottom bag has been sitting there since I put it down, I am going to try really hard to finish it off next week. I’m also working on a few other projects and have to finish Slut Bunwalla’s scarf. It’s so hard not to start new projects because the postman brought me some more yarn!

  1. Good luck on your bejeweled! I did mine in black too and it DID make it more difficult to see the pattern developing.

Also thanks for mentioning TOFUtsies, I had never heard of those and am amazed to hear about yarn using stuff from shrimp and crab shells. Incredible!!

  2. @ Jennhx, thanks for the feedback! I finally finished Bejeweled late last night. There are a few mistakes but hey it’s my first lace pattern and I’m not really strong in the vision department 😉

I’ll be updating on what I think of TOFUtsies once I get my order, which I hope will be soon. It’s been an educational few months for me in regards to learning what types of yarn that out there, like bamboo, soy, dog hair and oxen!!,
